pq series reactor is a top illumination light reactor. the light window can be quartz plate or quartz water jacket, and the material is jgs-2 quartz. it can be used in liquid-solid photodegradation. in the reaction process, the reactor has a sampling port, which can manually take liquid samples for detection. according to the demand, expansion port, sampling port, glass valve or constant temperature water jacket can be added to the reactor. the expansion port is a standard grinding port, which can be connected with supporting accessories. before the experiment, the reactor can be vacuumized, or the reactor can be fed in the reaction process. the sampling port adopts the glass external thread process to fix the sampling pad, which can sample from the closed reaction system without opening the reactor.
pq series reactor has excellent air tightness and is also suitable for photochemical reactions involving gas. in order to control the reaction atmosphere, it is usually necessary to replace the free volume in the reactor and the gas dissolved in the reaction liquid. therefore, the reactor often has the inlet and outlet for gas purging.
